Great staff. Always helpful and kind. Easy to understand and very good at explanation new devices and options. Took my mum here and we come back yearly for a service for her hearing aid and any questions she has.
The atmosphere is very calm and highly professional. I am elderly and was handled gently. The information is invaluable. We only get two ears.
Ploy and Oil are most efficient and helpful. I’m quite deaf and now I can hear again
